HOW TO ORDER

Ordering is simple - you can do so online, or via telephone. To order online simply click the "Buy Now" button under the item you wish to purchase. This will then take you through to the shopping cart. If you want to purchase more, click the continue shopping button to be taken back to the last page you were on. If you are finished shopping choose your shipping method (regular, express or registered), then click recalculate to see your new total. Then click on "Go to Payments" to proceed through checkout.
If you wish to order by phone please call me on 0403 394 386 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
We offer 4 payment methods - paypal, cash on delivery/pickup (only available for people in the Fraser Coast region), money order or direct deposit. Please note that payment is expected within 3 business days of your order. If you have chosen money order as your payment option this is extended for 5 business days to allow for postage times. If you cannot pay within the above time frames please email me to discuss - otherwise your order will be cancelled. Details for direct deposit, and where to post your money order are on your invoice which will be emailed to you upon checking out. If paying via bank deposit please use your invoice number as the reference. If you choose paypal the cart will transfer you through to complete your payment.
Shipping is usually made within 2 - 3 days of your order. We are located in regional Queensland. Please allow the following timeframes for postage:
Metro Qld - 1 - 2 business days
Regional QLD - 2 - 3 business days
Victoria, New South Wales - 3-4 business days
Tasmania, South Australia and Northern Territory - 3- 5 business days
Western Australia - 5 -7 business days
We offer a 30 day guarantee on workmanship on your item. All care is taken, however occasionally items will slip through our checking system. If this happens please email us and we will organise a repair or replacement. We advise you to check the sizing of your item on your child before washing. If your purchase is of a nappy please place a liner in your nappy and try on your baby when you receive it. We will refund/replace any unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning your item.
Twins in Cloth offers a 12 week layby service. Terms are:
- 20% deposit required on placement of order
- all payments must be received within 12 weeks of placing your order
- payments can only be made via direct deposit
- payments must be made on a fortnightly basis
- orders will only be posted upon full payment
- orders not paid in full by the due date will be cancelled, monies paid will be
refunded minus a $10 processing fee
